Kinnarus Miniature Horses is centrally located in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, making it easily accessible to all main centres. We enjoy the benefits of a mild, temperate climate for most of the year.

A fresh healthy environment, and gentle topography makes it an ideal setting to produce classic miniature horses.

We are a small stud with a focus on quality. Our broodmares are selected for their top bloodlines, quiet temperaments, and the past successes of their progeny, both in NZ and internationally.

We take advantage of the exceptional stallions imported from USA in selecting the best matings for our broodmares.

Our vision is to gradually build up a herd of quality broodmares and produce some of the best miniature horses NZ has to offer.

The idea and concept of Kinnarus began in 2006 - a relatively short time. We have incorporated the best professional knowledge available in laying down our foundations.

Miniature horses, with their endearing and entertaining ways, have a way of getting into the hearts of all those involved. And all of us here, at Kinnarus Miniature Horses, are no exception.
